I'm going to tell y'all a quick story. My parents so bad wanted to direct my life growing up and mold me into what they wanted me to be. While I understood the position they were coming from, I also couldn't help but wonder why they couldn't just let me be who I am. I am not that great at speaking to people face to face, hence the blog (ofc), and yet that's what I was pushed to do.
